这次我用的是北京时间。。但是本人现在在爱尔兰。。
现在的工作很不开心，总觉得有小人，工作时间越来越少。会有好转吗？能找到新工作吗？？？

To reply,you should start to look around for new job. Due to
something you didn't handle correctly(perhaps human relationship), you get the key person mad at you,... I think the opportunity for you to further stay here is very slim. It is wise to start look around if possible. The new job might not show up soon, it may take another 6 mo or so. right after this winter.
